Full-time Business Development Manager

Description:
Global Wireless Solutions, Inc. (GWS), a wireless engineering company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Dulles, Virginia. GWS offers highly motivated individuals a technically challenging environment, competitive compensation, and an outstanding benefits package.
Primary duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Own and drive the entire sales process from identifying, qualifying, and nurturing a pipeline of leads, providing
demonstrations, negotiations, expectation management, and closing complex customer deals.
• Ability to drive simple to complex deals ranging from one time delivery to multi-year deals with enterprises of all size in t
the media, financial, commerce and gaming verticals.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and be their trusted advisor and partner.
• Successfully work with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams including product development and operations
to effectively sell, service customers and provide product feedback.
• Build and manage critical relationships across partners, customers, resellers and key stakeholders.
• Work with marketing team to create sales materials and content including email campaigns, slide decks and, one-pagers
to engage customers.
• Work closely with our leadership team to formulate our sales strategy.
• Accurately forecast and manage a sales pipeline.

Education and experience requirements:

• 3+ years experience in enterprise, DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) and/or technical sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding quota.
• Familiarity with sales funnel, sales operations, tools, and tracking activities via sales tracker.
• Previous experience in sales or a sales support role and contributing to the development of product and processes via
constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical understanding of mobile app eco-system, consumer engagement behavior, and having an analytical approach
is highly desirable.
• Excited about finding, packaging and presenting insights related to mobile usage behavior, app market share and
consumer preference choices related to a broad range or categories such as video, ride sharing, social media and
shopping.
• High-energy, team player mentality, self-motivated and collaborative.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, prioritization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, startup environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
