Production Supervisor Team Leader Manager Injection Molding Plastic Parts _ .

Oversee activities of a 5-10 person team of production workers in a plastic injection molding facility creating custom plastic parts for a variety of industries.

Schedule, direct, and coordinate day-to-day production needs.

Manage production team including schedules and work assignments.

Order materials needed for ongoing production, as well as project-specific needs.

Ensure production runs adhere to all specifications and requirements.

Create schedules and protocols for machine maintenance.

Work with senior management to determine additional machine capabilities needed to improve department.

Conduct performance appraisals and make recommendations regarding employee development.
