Automation Engineer Controls Machine Vision Cogenx Packaging Machinery PLCs HMIs Electrical Electronics Multi-Axis Motion Control Machine Design _ .

Seeking strong electromechanical and 3D software skills to lead designing of customized machinery, robot cells and manufacturing process systems which incorporate robots, 3 axis linear and rotary motion, rotary actuators, piston actuators, gantries, conveyors, servos, motors, specialty high precision gear boxes, mechanical logic, pneumatics, hydraulics, and various sheet and structural metal components.

Oversee:

Development of concepts and final engineering detail drawings.

Engineering analysis such as thermodynamic, vibration, fatigue, finite element, etc.

Creation and maintenance of project Bill of Material content.

Troubleshooting and resolving design and manufacturing issues.

Support of fabrication department.
