Renewable Energy Consultant
Sunder Energy is hiring highly motivated talent who are passionate about renewable energy, teaching people about the benefits of solar and delivering the best possible service to our customers. Our Renewable Energy Consultants are at the forefront of customer relations and acquisitions. Renewable Energy Consultants will see the sales process through by generating leads and solicitation of qualified homes for solar. It is our company's mission to deliver the best customer service and representative experience in the solar industry.
Renewable Energy Consultant Responsibilities

Perform in-home consultations with customers, building trust and rapport with prospective customers.
Providing accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis.
Resolving customer concerns and overcoming challenges.
Participating in ongoing training, development and certifications.
Pursue multiple outbound marketing initiatives including canvassing, door knocking, referrals and personal marketing to source new customers.
Update company systems with all pertinent data throughout the sales process.
Effectively communicate and maintain customer relationships. Keep customers updated on project status with the support of internal concierge and operations teams.
Be able to use a variety of computer or app based systems to develop and maintain details for the sale and company support teams.

Renewable Energy Consultant Requirements
Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
Must be flexible working weekend and evening appointments.
Must be able to self generate leads.
Must have transportation.
Willing to work in an outdoor setting.
Highly persuasive, self-disciplined and honest.
Great problem solving and communication skills.
Must have a great work ethic and be coachable.
Must have a cell phone with data and internet
