Position: Storm Restoration Representative
• Full Time & Part Time Positions
• Entry-Level, Mid-Level and Senior Level Positions
• Remote Options for Georgia Residents Only

Area: Statewide (Georgia)

Job Description: Fortay Roofing & Construction LLC is currently looking to add individuals and/or teams to our group of storm restoration representatives. Assisting in handling in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that continually effect the state.

• Experience preferred, but not required.

Fortay Roofing & Construction LLC delivers the best storm restoration training program in the state. We effectively develop fully capable and proficient representatives over a 5-day training course and continued education thereafter. Individuals that we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance processes, and storm damage knowledge needed in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Uncapped income potential
• Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1,000- $1,500 per job)

Qualifications:
• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
• Able to climb a ladder to access a roof when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must possess an independent nature and self-discipline.
• Good time management skills, as reps create and manage their own schedules
• Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/videos during home inspections.

Responsibilities & Duties of the position:
• Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage—We will train you!!
• Meeting directly with homeowners after completing inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements—We will train you!!
• Accurately measure, document and validate damages to structure for estimating purposes—We will train you!!
• Marketing/Lead generation for new prospects—We will train you!!
