Marketing team lead

Job Description: We are hiring for a qualified Marketing team lead to manage Team & provide effective guidance.
He will be responsible for supervising; managing and motivating team members on daily basis.
As a Team leader you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.
Ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals.
Delegate task and set deadlines.
Oversee day- to- day operations.
Monitor team performance and reports.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issue.

Skills & Requirements:
Proven work experience as a team leader.
In depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Good computer skills like MS Excel; MS Word etc.
Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
Degree in management or training in team leading is added advantages.

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
