Precision Machining Engineer - CNC Specialist

at Jobisite in North Carolina

Manufacturing Engineer Process CNC Machining Production Project Engineering Milling Grinding Tooling Engineer CNC Machining Multi-axis Milling Lathe Boring Grinding Screw Machines etc _.

Seeking a well versed engineer to lead client driven custom development and manufacturing projects from concept to delivered components.

Act as a liason between clients and manufacturing teams by developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes for new projects.

Shall;

Assess designs for manufacturability

Work closely with the internal machine shop, and external manufacturing suppliers to reduce costs and risk associated with manufacturing complex components.

Calculate production, labor, material costs and review production schedules

Provide engineering support for capital equipment purchases, installation, maintenance and training.

Interpret CAD drawings to develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines

Requires;

Experience writing CNC programs for multi-axis machining

Ability to design and interpret 2D/3D modeling

BS in Engineering

Working knowledge of ERP and MRP software
