US Telecommunications, Inc (USTCi) is looking for self-driven, enthusiastic, outgoing, and creative individuals to promote the ReadyRefresh Home Delivery Service of non-alcoholic beverages.

You will spend your time canvassing local apartment buildings where you will build relationships with property staff and hold on-site tasting events for residents. This is a fun role for people with excellent communication skills who are independent and driven and love talking to people. While we'd love for you to have previous experience, we are willing to train the right people for this role.

ABOUT US
USTCi's success is directly tied to our amazing team members. Because of this, we are very careful in selecting exceptional individuals to join us. In return, you receive weekly base pay ($13 per hour), performance bonuses (up to $750 per month) plus generous benefits including paid training and mileage reimbursement. USTCi offers career advancement opportunities for those who do well.

As a Brand Ambassador your role is to promote the ReadyRefresh service in your properties, engaging residents and enthusiastically educating them about the ReadyRefresh service.

Build relationships with leasing staff and work with them to market the service to their residents.
Hold on-site tasting events where residents can sample products including Poland Spring, S. Pellegrino, Vita Coco and more!
Your local USTCi Regional Manager will teach you how to attract residents to your events and educate them on the benefits of ReadyRefresh.

You bring your motivation, bubbly personality and willingness to learn and we will train you to be a Field Marketing superstar!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
People who succeed in this role typically have a background in retail sales, customer service or hospitality. Previous experience as a brand ambassador is a plus but it's more about your attitude and willingness to learn.

What we are looking for:

Great communication and relationship-building skills - willing to talk to anyone at any time.
Independent, organized, self-starter.
Good computer skills.
Over 21 years of age and able to lift 50lbs.
Previous experience with consumer promotions and events a plus.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for local travel is essential.
