As a CVNA Rehabilitation Manager, you will:

Ensure consistently high quality care to patients in accordance with the plan of care and Agency policies.
Implement objectives, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation.
Oversee coordination of staffing schedules which meet client needs.
Function as a liaison between all disciplines and facilitates communication between caregivers and families.
Evaluate systems and processes to ensure appropriateness and timeliness of documentation and services, complying with Agency, payer, and regulatory agency requirements. Utilizes Agency systems to continuously and consistently improve business and operational processes. Brings issues to the attention of the Manager or other Directors to address issues that arise.
Act as a resource, role model, and motivator to develop and maintain a stable, satisfied enthusiastic team.
Ensure that team turnover (of full time staff) is stable, and members work together efficiently. Supervise employees appropriately with timely and consistent coaching, feedback and reviews. Supervise, train, develop, evaluate, and, when necessary, counsel or discharge designated staff.
Support professional training and development of staff. Create and maintains a collaborative team environment with staff.
Be an effective team member and contributor within Agency. Distribute and disseminate information to staff.
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited educational program with minimum requirement of BA degree in rehab specific field, and preferably a MA in a related or relevant field.

Current Colorado license/registry as applicable and current CPR certification required.
Minimum of 2 years Home Health Rehab Experience and one year of management experience preferred
Three to five years practicing as a professional speech, occupational or physical therapist; two years of management and/or clinical operations experience preferred.
Knowledge of home healthcare regulations is required.
Creative problem solving and decision making abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Effective conflict resolution skills.
