Roles and Responsibilities


Good Troubleshooting experience Network Troubleshooting
Windows OS / Software Installation
Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
Troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets
Email configuration
Password reset


Desired Candidate Profile


Candidate should have completed graduation
Should have experience of International BPO
Customer service approach
Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings/24 7
Tech Support voice process.
Excellent communication skills
Graduate freshers are also eligible.

Immediate Joiner Preferred or who can join us in a week's time.
