Nursing RN Director Manager Supervisor Pediatric Private Duty Nursing In Home Health Care _ .

Seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to be responsible for the clinical oversight of clients and patients served in the field.

Supervise care management as required by regulation or contract and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.

Collaboratively participates in hiring decisions.

Ensure organizational accountability to regulations, policies, contracts and programs,

Oversee ongoing training, coaching, and evaluation of caregivers including orientation process and continuous competency and skills validation.

Participate in client engagement and provide clinical oversight and case management advice.

Perform documentation reviews

Review and report to stakeholders on Key Performance Indicators.

Participates in clinical quality initiative activities.
