Detailed Job Description:

As a consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value - adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Desired Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in IBM OpenPages GRC Platform and IBM Cognos
Hands on experience in enablement of GRC solutions of the platform like Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Model Risk, Vendor Risk, Regulatory Compliance and Policy Management
Experience in IBM OpenPages configuration like object model, workflows, calculations, custom java actions, triggers and helpers.
Documenting responses / explaining process flows / Visio diagrams
Financial Service experience is a must
Excellent communication skills (both verbal/written)
Ability to identify risks, evaluate findings and document appropriately
Analytics mindset, think strategically and detail oriented
Preferred:

Professional attitude. Effective working relationships
Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in a clear and concise manner with various stakeholders
Self-motivated / team player that works well with individuals-groups in a complex, global organization
Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
Ability to work in challenging & demanding timelines
Minimum years of experience: 8+ years
