Full-time Personal Assistant

at Jobisite in Mississippi

Job responsibilities
 Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools;
 Assists with accounting/financial tasks as required;
 Preparation of financial statements, reports, records, invoices and other documents.
 Performing basic accounting tasks;
 Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (for example, electronic calendars and
copiers);
 Storing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports;
 You are able to assure strict confidentiality of the information provided to you when
required to;
 Overseeing calendar scheduling;
 Prepare timely expense reports;
 Performs translations (revision/coordination/full translation) as required;
 Performs all other related tasks as required.
Skills and qualifications
 Ability to multi-task and learn quickly, while being adaptable to change;
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
 Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines;
 Basic Computer & Office Equipment;
 Ability to process confidential information;
 Ability to adapt to any type of work;
 Ability to act with integrity while handling confidential informatio
