Shearwater is looking for Project Manager to provide oversight for all aspects of the management, planning, operations, and maintenance professionals supporting the Installation Support Services Contract at Yuma Proving Grounds.

Responsibilities:

Provide full management authority over the Installation Support Services contract at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ.
Organize and plan support of contract activities; ensures compliance and delivery of quality services.
Analyze work requirements, communicate guidance and work priorities to subordinate managers and supervisors.
Track and review performance data to measure goal achievement and identify areas of service improvement.
Monitor performance of functional managers/supervisors and submissions of required reports and Contract Data Requirements List.
Ensure all aspects of the Contract performance work statement complies with the tasks performed by the employees
Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA and environmental requirements
Direct and approve contract modifications, approves budgets, monitor contractual performance and costs, and act to correct discrepant conditions. Has overall responsibility for P&L of the contract.
Provide oversight of physical security and property accountability systems for the project.
Determine staffing requirements and oversees hiring process and personnel actions.
Lead the workforce in implementing partnering with customers to continuously improve performance and business relations.
Serve as principal liaison between the company and U.S Army stakeholders on the contract.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizen
U.S. Driver’s License
Active Secret Clearance
Ability to pass a background check
B.S. Degree in Engineering or Management
P.E. license (Arizona) highly desired; not required
Minimum of five years operations experience with minimum of two years as the Project Manager on Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract greater than $20 million per year.
Experience with General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) software is desired; not required.
Working knowledge of physical plant management including exposure to building systems, HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical desirable; not required
