Radial Drill Operator
Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hr
Location: Tulsa, OK
2nd Shift - Mon-Fri - 4:30pm - 3am
Position Summary:
Knowledge in the operation of a radial drill including procedures and settings of feeds and speeds, manual and power adjustments and locks, and capacities and limitations of the machine.
Job duties and responsibilities
Preform proper set up and positioning of parts on fixtures in a safe manner that will not damage gasket surfaces or other job parts
Knowledgeable in the daily maintenance of a radial drill including the proper lubrication and cleaning of the machine
Knowledge and ability to read and work from engineering prints
Knowledge of tools used in the manufacturing of heat exchanger parts including flood and oil hole drills and reamers, taps, and ring grooving tools.
Knowledge and ability to sharpen tooling to proper geometrics for accuracy and maximum production.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum two years’ experience in radial drill operation. Ability to lift up to 50lbs all day every day.
