Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultantto join our growing team!You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.
Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) and weekends
Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Manage all leases from otential and existing clients
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients
• Coordinate Property viewings, follow ups and updating of contact management database
• Market all rental listings through open houses and individual showings
• Negotiate lease terms with landlords and property companies
• Prepare all lease agreements and coordinate move-in process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have real estate License
• Proficient in Microsoft office and property management software
• Background verification required
• Drug test required
• Must be flexible working on Saturdays and bilingual is a plus.
• Looking for someone who has good customer service, computer skills, organized, good at multi-tasking and is professional.
