Full-time Full Stack Developer at 100% Remote

Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Work Location: 100% Remote but the candidate should be working in east coast hours.
Duration: 6 months to perm
Citizenship: US Citizen or Greencard holder
Interview: 1 phone screen and 1 team video

Responsibilities
• Design and build APIs
• Design and build Web UI
• Work with internal and external data sources and APIs
• Design and setup scalable, cost-effective infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving system performance and reliability
• Monitor and support applications deployed across multiple regions of the globe
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related experience
• Proven backend development as a producer and consumer of web service APIs, preferably with Node.js
• Proven front-end web development experience, preferably using ReactJS
• Strong understanding of common integration patterns
• Strong understanding of cloud computing services, preferably with AWS
• Proficiency in coding with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, Scala, or another modern programming language
• Strong DevOps experience, preferably with AWS
• Experience working with multiple common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and web service architectures (REST, SOAP, RPC)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Working knowledge of frontend web design guidelines
• Working knowledge of the backend integration landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of version control principles.
• Solid understanding of the agile software development methodologies
