My name is Jake and I am the CEO at Velocity Sellers Inc. - We are a Full Service Amazon Management Agency that partners with brands to provide a full team that develops ecommerce growth strategies and manages the day-to-day operations of their Amazon and marketplace business. This includes everything from creating an Action plan, to listing copy creation, SEO, customer service, PPC, logistics, graphic design, and more.

We are looking to hire a motivated Assistant Account Manager who has strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple client accounts in Amazon and at the same time hold high standards for level of service. Someone who has a growth mindset that can thrive in a friendly and collaborative culture. Someone who is very dependable to complete or delegate tasks based on client needs and support the account manager without mistake.

This is a full-time remote position.

We are looking for a Assistant Account Manager specifically with these requirements:

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Has 2+ years of ecommerce experience (Amazon)
Has at least 2+ years experience with Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central
At least 2 + years experience of customer service experience
Strong project management experience/ability and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy
Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
Supporting overall account health by assisting manager with inventory forecasting, sales and industry monitoring, troubleshooting listing issues with creative problem solving,
Amazon policy adherence and general operations work
Implement and/or Oversee keyword research and Amazon listing optimizations
Proactively monitor client Amazon accounts for opportunities and issues
Working with a support team to strategically schedule and deploy promotional offers
Reports for measured KPIs on a routine basis to Director of Accounts
Working across departments to ensure product fulfillment and launches are deployed successfully
