JR Payroll Processor needs 2 years’ experience
JR Payroll Processor requires:
 Bachelor’s degree education or equivalent level of experience.
 Experience with Timekeeping systems
 Experience of managing customer relationships and resolving dissatisfied or difficult customer issues
 Ability to communicate across business units at all levels
 Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
 Demonstrable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Be a critical thinker
 Ability to follow instructions well on any new projects and implementations surrounding payroll
 Have strong Microsoft Office knowledge.

JR Payroll Processor duties:
 Responsibility for the day-to-day processing of allocated Payrolls in Workday system.
 Responsibility for on demand and off cycle payment processing.
 Responsibility for coordination with Kronos admins on any changes affecting time feed to Workday Payroll
 Support the development and maintenance of a Payroll Operations Manual for US & Canada, detailing the full Payroll workflow, including process workflow from Workday to Kronos system and back to Workday Payroll
 Keep up to date with payroll legislation and any changes to facilitate improved performance within the entire payroll workflow (Kronos/Workday) and any ancillary systems.
 Assist with disbursing 3rd party payments
 Be proactive in remediating errors and identifying root cause to ensure timely resolution
