Ghostrock, LLC., a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Charleston, SC.

This position will provide systems engineering, technical, and management support services to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in support of various United States Marine Corps (USMC) and United States Navy (USN) program offices.

This support encompasses life cycle engineering and lifecycle logistics support for multiple command and control (C2) projects within the Command and Control Situational Awareness (C2SA) Integrated Product Team (IPT) at NIWC Atlantic.

Position Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact to Government Stakeholders
Ensure all deliverables are submitted complete and on time
Work with the government C2SA project managers to recommend policies, doctrine, tactics, and procedures at the Federal, State, and Local level given their past expert opinion or using analysis of actual outcomes develop and draft various program management (PM) documents
Manage efforts within their functional teams by utilizing Agile-like management practices in a non-software development environment.
Ensure all Logistics Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Equipment Training, Platform Assessments, Material Procurement, Property/Inventory Tracking, Warranty Management, System Maintenance, Help Desk Support, Integration, Software Engineering, and USMC Blue Force Tracking, C2SA Mobility, and FABS On-Site Technical Support is conducted in accordance with contract requirements.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and managing all contract personnel.


Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
Five (5) years as manager of C4ISR Projects. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
Project or Program Management Professional Certification OR Certified DAWIA Level 2 in Program Management.
Must have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
