Full-time HVAC Tech/Installer

at ProMasters AC Heating and Refrigeration in Arizona

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Technician/Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
We are a small but growing local, veteran owned and operated business. Our company for us means Quality, Value, Affordability, Honesty and Integrity. Our clients are our lifeblood. As we grow, we are looking for like-minded, hardworking individuals wanting to work with an expanding company.
Responsibilities:
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Evaluate Job Safety Hazards
• Able to work after hours/weekend occasionally
• Active listener
• Ability to work in hot or cold climate
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• On time a must
• Easily & clearly communicates with clients
• Valid & clear AZ Driver’s license
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
