Part time Project Clerk needs 3+ years strong administrative/clerical experience

Part time Project Clerk requires:
 Hybrid, Project Coordinator
 Remote about 40% of the time.
 Available to come to the Darien office 2-3 days a week, as well as be able to work remotely.
 25 hours/week, but there may be an instance when more time may be needed at busier times.
 Proficient in Adobe Sign and Excel
 MAC User
 Administrative office
 Invoicing

Part time Project Clerk duties:
 Assist in the routing of artwork in our approval system and route vendor artwork proofs in adobe sign along with following up with reviewers to stay on schedule.
 Assist in the shipment of products for PR and/or gathering product for photoshoots (when on-site, virtually for now).
 Process weekly invoices for our independent contractors. (Routing for signature approvals and submitting for payment)
 Assist in PR mailings as needed.
 Initiating Purchase Orders for our non-independent contractors.
 Will need to be extremely organized and assist in tracking the Creative Department’s yearly spend to ensure we stay within budget.
 File samples from printers (on-site).
