Provide support by entering and validating policy data and insurance-related documents into applicable computer systems in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for Habitational Real Estate Operators & Investors Risks -- Apartment Buildings, Condominiums, Planned Communities, and other Commercially Managed Habitational Property business insurance policies.

Shall:

Enter insurance policies, insurance-related documents, and other transactions into applicable computer systems.

Search, update, assign, interpret, select, and code items to be entered or extracted from a database.

Implement all process and procedure changes set forth by the department manager to ensure production standards are met.

Assist in identifying and communicating system issues impacting production.

Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements or modifications.

Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, answering phones, assisting in other support functions or related departments.
