Looking for an Experienced High-Volume Recruiter to work in a fast-paced and growing environment in healthcare.  Remote position, but may need to travel to Cleveland, OH on occasion.

Responsibilities:
High-volume recruiting/sourcing for therapy staff in SNF, IL/AL, and Clinic settings
• Ability to conduct an initial phone interview with candidates
• Evaluate candidates and recommend hires to management teams
• Responsible for meeting goals and metrics on a weekly basis
, Develop and maintain recruitment funnel and pipeline
• Must be able to collaborate with other team members and hiring managers about hiring plans
• Assists with projects related to new employee paperwork, retention, and recruiting
• Ability to think outside of the box and find different sourcing strategies to increase applicant traffic

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
• 1+ years of recruiting experience with proven results, high-volume recruiting is a plus
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must be able to multitask and work with various screens while utilizing multiple web-based programs
• Must be goal-driven, numbers-driven, and love a challenge.
