Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a looking for an experienced C yberspace Operations Force Design & Readiness Analyst to support the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor staff as a subject matter expert on Cyber Operations Force/Cyber Mission Force readiness issues and overall cyber workforce policies and issues. In this role, you will conduct deliberate analysis of the status of the cyber workforce and its overall readiness posture.

In addition, you will assist the office with the implementation and sustainment of cyber manpower strategies, identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost savings, and provide analysis of cyber force design and Command & Control considerations. I

Each team member will fulfill action officer functions, including the development and coordination of staffing packages, coordination of senior-level meetings and working groups, and the preparation of response to Congressional inquiries and reports.



Qualifications

Required:

US Citizen.
Active TS with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's degree.
Ten (10+) years of recent and relevant experience in Cyberspace operations.
Experience supporting a major DoD or Service staff.
Experience with the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and underlying Service-level readiness reporting.
Familiarity with the DoD Cyber Strategy and DoD Cyber Posture Review areas of concern


Desired:

Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Cyber Security
Experience serving or interacting with US Cyber Command or a Service Cyber Component
Previous OSD or major staff experience.
