Job Description
PeopleReady is now hiringLeather Sewing Operators in theCompton, CA area. Immediate opportunity!
Experienced person that can cut and sewer leather goods for a hardness company
Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $17/Hour
Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day)
Responsibilities:

• How to read a paper pattern
• How to hand cut from a pattern
• How to establish production sewing steps
• Sew prototypes and sew at a production-quality level
• How to improve on pattern sewing process

Qualifications

• Would be good if they had experience with riveting and punching leather goods (by hand and / or by machine)
• Would be good if they can transfer a paper pattern to a production “hard” pattern.
• Must be bilingual.
