Site Superintendent needs (3) years’ directly related experience
Site Superintendent requires:
 High school graduate or equivalent and a graduate of a two year post-secondary program in General Construction, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, HVAC Controls and/or Electronics
 Must possess a working knowledge of the mechanical systems used to operate Schools and all Commercial type buildings to include but not limited to AHUs, Condensers Units, Package Type Units, Chillers, Boilers and associated equipment for proper operation of all. OSHA 10 and 30 Card will be obtained within the first year.
 Required training per an established checklist within one (1) year of entering the job, regardless of current level of experience.
 Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, One Note, Teams, Outlook and if needed, MS Project.
 Should be a local hire to the area where travel and Hotel expense is minimal.
 Small expenses will be allowed.
 Onsite in Gulf Shores Alabama

Site Superintendent duties:
 Responsible for documentation on jobsite to include Status Updates when required, Safety, Subcontractors Safety, Quality Plans for Water, Lighting, Mechanical, Building Envelope and VOIP if needed.
 Work Monday through Thursday most of the time.
 On occasion will work Fridays and / or weekends during Building Shutdowns or when project dictates
