Our Sales Professionals, Sales Engineers and Professional Services Consultants design and deliver solutions for potential and existing customers to enable better visibility, insight and action to prevent and defend against attacks. NetWitness provides the unique ability to provide one single platform with a unified view across all attack surfaces including Network, Logs/SIEM, Endpoint and IoT combined with our AI-based User and Entity Behavioral Analysis (UEBA) and Security, Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) capabilities.

Principal Accountabilities:

Have extensive AWS experience developing cloud-native applications to help us build the next version of RSA NetWitness.
Work on a product that organizations worldwide depend on to detect, investigate, and take targeted action against tomorrow's most sophisticated cyber-attacks.
Help security operations centers across the planet protect their organizations.
Learn and adapt quickly and should be comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment.
Collaborate with other engineers and architects to design and implement serverless solutions using the AWS Well-Architected framework.
Be comfortable learning new technologies, quickly understanding technical intricacies and successfully implementing the proposed solutions.
Principal Responsibilities:

Build applications using AWS
Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to achieve results.
Work with a small, talented team of seasoned engineers and architects to design build scalable, reliable and highly available solutions
Develop prototypes or POCs for proving out new technology and validating use-cases that the team considers important to our end-state architecture
Write functional and technical design documents to enable our feature teams to focus on delivering feature
Skills:

Good coding experience building application by the makers of AWS provided services
At least 15+ years related work experience in designing, building and deploying large scale cloud platforms
At least one compiled (e.g., Go, Java, C++) and one scripting (e.g., Node, Python, Ruby) language Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Cloudify)
10+years of experience with AWS cloud-native services (e.g., AWS IoT, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis Stream, SQS, SNS)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AWS Certified Developer certification a plus Experience in the security field a plus
