Office Manager

Pay: $50k-$55k/ Annually.

Hours: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Type: Temp-Hire

Job Summary:

Manages the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the organization's administrative needs are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and organizes office operations and procedures, such as word processing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. - Purchases and maintains office supplies and equipment as well as budget expense control. - Liaises with managers to ensure office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their needs. - Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. - Plans, prioritizes, and manages maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities. - Researches, evaluates, and recommends office.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides formal supervision to professional employees and/or supervisors. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Education and Experience: Two-year Associates degree required. 2 to 4 years of experience required. Candidate must be familiar with Oracle Software.
