The Executive Director oversees and manages all administrative, clinical, and operational functions. The Executive Director also manages the overall operations of the facilities following applicable federal, state, local, and FSCSC standards and regulations. Ensures the facility operates in a sound financial position, and always, a strong emphasis is placed on quality standards. Additionally, creates a partnership and allegiance with the community to ensure local needs are met. A collection of senior communities offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite care, affordable housing, and home healthcare. For more than a century, we’ve provided residents with the highest quality of care, personalized service, and social interaction.
Position directly reports to Chief Operations Officer.

Experience/Licensures, Certifications
Undergraduate degree in an applicable area of study Masters level education in an applicable area of study
5-7 years relevant long-term care managerial experience 7-10 years relevant long-term care managerial experience
Illinois licensed Nursing Home Administrator with 7-10 years of relevant long-term care managerial experience.

Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 + Max of 20% bonus
