Archer Strategic Business Development Manager

Archer is seeking a results-driven Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to secure new customers within key targeted F1000 accounts. Qualified candidates should possess a proven track record of success and the ability to connect at the “C” level developing meaningful strategic relationships that result in value for the customer and positive sales outcomes and profitability for Archer. The target sales territory will be on the eastern coast of the United States.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Represent the entire range of Archer’s products and services to key targeted accounts
• Leverage historical contacts, affiliations, and past successes in order to open doors and break into strategic accounts
• Prospecting into primarily F1000 net new logo account space
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with executive personnel in assigned strategic target accounts
• Develops account plans and executes go-to-market campaign(s) with targeted strategic accounts leveraging company resources to drive positive sales outcomes

Principal Responsibilities:

• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer values drivers as part of their selling campaigns
• Leverages Archer company executives where and when possible, with target account “C” suite
• Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proven successful experiences presenting and interacting with C-Suite contacts

Skills:

• Able to work independently, comfortable with a start-up like environment
• Skilled at prospecting and ability to generate NNL prospects
• Very structured on how they run their personal daily work schedule
• Should have experience w/ complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Team player attitude
• Great problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education & Experience:

• 10 years B2B Enterprise Software Sales experience with risk, compliance, audit domain knowledge (preferred). Hunter experience selling enterprise software platforms (B2B only- example: Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle). (B2C, non-enterprise software sales experience is NOT desirable
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
• The ideal candidate will need to come with a book of business and be able to demonstrate where they have meaningful Fortune 500 company contacts and relationships
