 Review and submission of vendor prequalification to client & to get relevant approval.
 Preparation and checking of tender BOQ and documents for floating of tender.
 Assess resource requirements for tenders and establish associated costs.
 Bills of Quantities and other pricing documents - Interpret design information and produce accurate bills of quantities/pricing documents at an appropriate level of details.
 Responsible for the coordination and tendering of various works packages starting from invitation to bid, generation of the tender report and up to negotiation and award. Also, involved in the post contract administration of the awarded packages to the subcontractor.
 Preparing the subcontractor order, purchase order depending on the comparison costs offered by the
suppliers and the specifications.
 Evaluating the contractor’s insurances, bonds/guarantees and warranties, and their compliance with respect to Awarded Contract.
