How this job will fit your life:

• Monday to Friday(8:00am-5:00pm)
• Pay -$18.00

What you can expect each day:

• Prepare and coordinate all paperwork required to successfully ship and deliver product across the globe
• Responsible for coordinating on-site third party crating activities, freight forwarder pick-ups, and distributing confirmation and tracking information
• Assures orders and shipping quantities match Sales Order documents through careful audit
• Receive incoming materials, ensure part numbers, revisions and quantities and enter into MRP system
• Verifies incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with procurement to rectify damages and shortages
• Processing return to vendor materials
• Experience with using FedEx, UPS, Freight Forwarder, various customer portals

• 2-4 years International Shipping experience
• Knowledge of and experience with SAP ERP
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work and adapt within a fast paced rapidly changing environment

• Pallet Jack experience
• Able to present High School Diploma/ GED
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs or more
• Ability to pass Background check
• Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship
• Must be fully vaccinated
