Auto Parts Inbound Sales Representative

Job description
The Sales Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls for parts, assisting counter orders and other assigned duties. This position requires knowledge of auto parts, computer knowledge and the ability to provide a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment.
I. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Answering inbound calls and assists in counter service.
• Follow company guidelines for product knowledge, ongoing promotions and warranty claims.
• Notify managers regarding any customer concern or employee matter.
II. Required Skills / Abilities
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with proper office manner
• The ability to resolve issues and provide solutions based on company policy
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
• Must have to be active, accurate and on time at work.
III. Education & Experience
• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent
• MUST have knowledge in auto parts
• Computer knowledge required.
• Min. 2 years of sales experience preferred but NOT required.
• Highly preferred bilingual Spanish/Arabic speaker besides Fluent in English
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Shift: Monday to Friday
Pay: Base $15.00/hourly
Benefits: All full time team members are eligible for benefits package. The benefit eligibility varies based on employment status, average hours worked, location and length of service.
