We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager - someone who can fully run our campaigns and has accomplished results on all aspects of Google Ads.

We will be relying on you for insights and directions – and to carry out simultaneous projects across multiple advertising platforms.

- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Manage the strategy and setup of all Google campaigns.
- Secure leads and sales using Google Ads.
- Creating a Media plan for multiple platforms
- Examining variations to determine the best performing ads
- Regular monitoring and daily reporting of results of all campaigns
- Measure and optimize our campaigns
- Collaborate with different internal teams to have a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.

We're looking to have you onboarded at 20 hrs/week on the first few weeks and increase your hours to 40 hrs if all goes well. It's a remote job.
We work within the Eastern Timezone (between 9 AM and 5 PM) so availability during these hours is a must.
