Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Job Description:
· 5+ years’ experience deigning manufacturing process layouts
· 5+ years’ of applying lean manufacturing principles to an existing manufacturing process
· 5+ years’ experience using AutoCAD for factory/facility layout
· 5+ years’ experience with Material Flow Analysis & Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
· 5+ years’ experience with tool & fixture design
· 5+ years’ experience in automotive manufacturing
· 5+ years’ experience working with equipment integrators
· 5+ years’ experience with line balancing
· 5+ years’ experience with process engineering and CapEx estimating
· 3+ years’ experience in creating/updating Design and Process FMEA’s
· 3+ years’ experience in creating and submitting APQP & PPAP documentation
· 3+ years’ experience in creating control plans
· 3+ years’ experience with facility site selection
· 3+ years’ experience with green field site development
· 3+ years’ experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
· Experience presenting to large groups
· Experience with developing equipment and process standards/specifications
· Experience with developing scope of work packages
· Experience with developing and updating project timing documents
