Federated Hermes is looking for a Sr. Business Continuity Analyst to lead embedded Continuity Liaisons in the development, maintenance, and exercising of business unit continuity plans. This position is in our Warrendale, Pa office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

What You Can Expect:
• Performing business continuity program assessments of critical vendors
• Supporting firm’s incident management and corporate event response processes
• Ensuring that the department’s vendor tools are fit for use
• Promoting the awareness of the business continuity program capabilities to internal stakeholders
• Delivering program improvement projects

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum six years of related work experience which includes exposure to risk management and business continuity principles required
• Ability to perform requirements analysis and solid knowledge of methods and techniques to elicit and analyze business requirements required
• Project management experience required
• Knowledge of principles/techniques of business continuity, emergency management, risk management, internal control, or regulatory compliance preferred
• Investment Management experience or two to three years in the Financial Industry preferred
