Oversee the teams delivery on the roles and responsibilities employees have been assigned in different departments.

Oversee the teams delivery on the full lifecycle of NBCU projects and initiatives, including conceptualization, design, implementation, and QA.
The ability to create and curate content is a must for any marketing manager. They need to know all about educating their audience through valuable content.
Be secure in their knowledge of the overall social media landscape. Knows the ins and outs of this popular and easy-to-implement marketing space.
Navigate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, including engineers, marketing, business development, customer service and partners to plan and launch projects on time and on budget
Participate in the development roadmaps with each employee.
Identifying new customers.
Learning and supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit loss projections.
Developing, Evaluating & managing marketing strategies and managing marketing team.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Top level leading and communication skills.
