Full-time Business Development Manager

Creates long-term value for a company through customers, markets, and partnerships.
Focuses on expanding the company, investigating possible growth prospects, then assisting and supervising the execution.
Be an expert in the company’s products and be able to sell them successfully in any situation.
Have an excellent understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Develop and build Relationships with Key Personnel from Existing and New Clients.
Create MIS Reports
Maximise revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns
Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
Participating in the area of Marketing/Event Planning
Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales for long term wealth retention
Manage Proper Communication between Company and Customer at all levels.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
Feel at ease in a goal-oriented environment and endeavour to overcome any obstacles that may prevent targets from being fulfilled.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company.
Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
