Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15/hour
What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Technician:

•
Preform maintenance and repair duties relating to vehicles

• Work in the field performing preventative maintenance and general servicing
• Perform oil and filter changes
• Grease and lube work
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair gas and diesel engines
• Perform truck tire work
• Trailer work
• Greasing machines (fuel filter priming and restarting diesel engines
• These duties may include making repairs to passenger vehicles, trucks and semi-tractor trailers
• Other duties as assigned

Available shifts:
Shift Timing - All Available
Job requirements:

•
Must be able to work varying hours and work emergencies as needed

• A valid driver's license
• Familiar with OSHA regulations
• Two-three years vehicle maintenance experience
• Having some of your own tools is a plus
• Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, bend climb, stoop, use repetitive hand and arm motion for long periods of time
