Remote JR Scrum Master needs 3-5 years of Scrum master experience (not to exceed 5 years of exp)

Remote JR Scrum Master requires:
 Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solution
 Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and managing stakeholder expectations in potentially high stakes situations
 Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (including senior management) on issues of strategy, risk, process, and ongoing operations.
 Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentor skill
 Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum/SAFe events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning
 Certified SAFe Scrum Master
 Understanding of PaaS software delivery model
 Familiarity with the retail industry & best practice
 Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced Scrum masters
 Solid understanding of Jira and Confluence.
 Basic Technical background or understanding of the Azure cloud computing platform is a plus
 must work EST working hours

Remote JR Scrum Master duties:
 Ensures that PI goals and scope are understood by everyone on the Agile/Scrum Te
 Responsible for ensuring that the commitment to sprint backlog is completed
 Willing and able to hold the team accountable to its goals and objectives
 Support Product Owners to define and coordinate feature development across other teams and various IT teams to drive for results
 Assisting the team to clear obstacles
 Establishing an environment where the team can be effective.
 Addressing any team dynamics and supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions to meet the team goals
 Work in a fast-paced environment which will challenge you to think creatively and exhibit an agile mindset.



