Kiliuda Consulting LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Senior Information Technology Contract Support Specialist in support of Acquisitions & Grants Support Services in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced support and assistance in all areas of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based acquisitions in which expertise is required, such as: preparing or reviewing pre-procurement packages, working with the program to prepare actionable acquisition packages, actively participating in developing and managing acquisition plans, preparing complex supporting documentation, making quality recommendations to the Contracting Officer, proactively handle and resolve problems independently, validating data, and otherwise completing actions needed to successfully advertise, solicit, construct, award, administer and closeout Government contracts or task/delivery orders. Monitor status of and support de-obligating undelivered orders (UDOs).
Conduct pre-award activities (such as solicitation preparation, providing guidance, creating appropriate evaluation factors, leading evaluation panels, writing extensive detailed source selection documentation) using best value-trade off methodology.
Provide on-site supervision across all task orders for all contracted staff; promptly communicate with PM, COR, and CO to assist with coordinating work-related activities and resolving performance issues.
Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Ten (10) years of Federal Government acquisition work experience based on the Contract Specialist (GS-1102) Qualification Standard; five (5) years of acquisition work focusing on experience with IT acquisitions (services, software, hardware).
A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and 24 semester hours of business related college courses.
Experience in automated systems and software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and teleconference applications (e.g. Skype, WebEx, and other similar applications).
Experience in using General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule Program and other Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs); such as NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), NITAAC's Chief Information Officer (CIO) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) CIO-SP and CIO-CS.
Experience in establishing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts and/or Blanket Purchase Agreement under open market and/or GSA Schedules with high dollar values.
Experience with a combination of IDIQ/BPA, Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour and Time and Materials.
Position is located in Washington, DC
