Responsibilities:
You will utilise your exceptional customer service & attention details skills to manages a crucial and essential part of our client process and interaction - The onboarding, set-up, transitions, conversations and opening and closing of accounts. You even may provide ongoing support and day-to-day servicing to meet client needs post-implementation.
You will also support more complex client onboarding/transition/conversion projects through a diverse set of operational activities
Main Duties:
Responsible for set-up of new clients & maintenance of existing clients on various systems. Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or occur infrequently based on existing precedents or procedures (20%)
Processes client access requests using established procedures and under the general guidance and direction of more senior onboarding/transition/conversion staff (20%)
Coordinates all back-end systems to meet client expectations. Codes account privileges and inputs client requests into database tracking system. Scans contracts and set-up forms. (20%)
May be responsible for engaging in transition/conversion activity, including but not limited to new business conversions, mergers, transitions, and fund restructurings (20%)
Assists with the implementation of new software releases, coordinating dates of delivery for test and production. Provides technical support for conversions by investigating client issues and researching new functionality. (20%)
Your Previous Experience/Skillset:
Ideally, we would like you to have had exposure to and experience within the brokerage / financial services industry. But we will consider candidates, who can demonstrate. Transferrable skills & experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-4 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. FINRA Series 7 licence
Experience with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of FINRA Broker Dealer business, understanding of regulatory requirements, and strong communication skills preferred.
