Job Description / Responsibilities:

At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation or support projects as technical resource
At least 4 years of extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – BI and OTBI reporting, HCM Extracts, Data Conversion, HDL loads
Experience in writing Fast Formulas
Knowledgeable in writing approval rules and configuring DFFs & EFFs
Knowledge in Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loaders including workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data, work relationships data, salary info, etc.
Excellent Skills on HDL, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, Fast Formulas
Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Global delivery model
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
