Software Engineer - Production Line Inspection Automation

Software Engineer Software Developer Programmer Computer Science Web Based Large Scale Manufacturing Control Systems C C++ C# SQL Oracle Mongo DB Angular AWS Azure .NET PLC Controllers Factory Automation _ .

Seeking experience and proven success as a software developer, designer, or engineer to design, analyze, program, debug and modify software for machine tool inspection and imaging automation, industrial inspection automation, and industrial robotic inspection and image solutions.

Shall:

Evaluate, decode, and deliver results based on suite development requirements.

Designs and develops control systems and software programs specific to project requirements.

Select, test, and integrate hardware and software components including servos, grippers, actuators, load cells, motion sensors, vision systems, image generators, 3D analyzers, lasers, robots, etc.

Analyze system timing and performance requirements, validate that software controls will meet them.

Debug and commission software programs during system integration phase and at installation.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related.

Experience in a software development environment, C++ expertise is a must.

Knowledge of industrial image processing, vision systems, automation and robotics; ability to design software based on entire automated machine tool and robotic system infrastructure.

Expert knowledge of vectors, 3D geometry, movement, etc.
