Dhaka - Sales & Marketing - WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER
Bangladesh’s most innovative construction material supply company. iTbalu, is
expanding and looking for an exceptional and experienced wholesale Sales Manager to
join its small, highly committed team to leverage its existing accounts and create
exciting new strategic opportunities.
You will understand the retail industry, have proven strategic sales experience, love what
you do, and be able to hit the ground running - devising and pitching sales strategies
that leverage the brand, resulting in epic results.
In this brand-new role your work will directly contribute to this established and rapidly
growing family business. You will be responsible for securing existing relationships,
finding new opportunities and working with prospective retailers to meet their goals and
objectives.
Reporting directly to the founder and director, you will be comfortable with identifying
leads and making cold contact, following up on inbound referrals, identifying growth
opportunities, driving long term customer partnerships to exceed expectations from all
stake holders.

construction space.
● You will have a high level of drive, a superior work ethic and a desire to
SUCCEED.
● You will want to create your role as you want it and be prepared to justify
your strategic actions.

LOCATION + HOURS
This is to be worked remotely [from home or field] in a flexible work environment.
Full Time – flexible
What you’ll BRING with you to iTbalu :
● Demonstrated industry experience working in a similar role
● Proven experience working in new business development with an excellent
track record of exceeding KPI’s
● Existing relationships within the industry would be preferred but not
essential.
● Strong, demonstrable, strategic ability, willing to bring fresh, innovative ideas
to life.
● Your understanding of brand and its influence in the market will be
exceptional and a key determinate of your sales strategy.
● The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with a strong
sense of accountability
● Experience in creating and pitching key account reviews to increase in store
brand presence and sales
● High energy and an exceptional think-out-of-the-box mentality
● A second-to-none work ethic
● A high level of organization, self-motivation, and the ability to work
independently
● A team player approach, with the ability to work in a small team and liaise
effectively with the team to make magic happen
● A love of iTbalu and the construction industry Bangladesh
What you’ll DO at iTbalu :
● Drive sales and increase revenue / company growth by securing new retail
business for iTbalu
● Identify leads and build relationships with prospective clients, proactively
pitching for new business with independent, national and international
clients
● Maintain and grow the sales of existing retail clients and sales agencies
● Create and implement sales strategies for iTbalu
● Monitor and suggest improvements to the sales process creating a path of
least resistance for all purchase opportunities
● Write and present pitches to clients – current and new
● Maintain and build a strong sales pipeline
● Deliver exceptional client aftercare to ensure repeat business
● Work collaboratively with the team
● Ensure KPI’s and sales targets are met
