GoBazzinga is a challenge-based short-video social speculation platform which enables every user on the platform to monetize their time, attention, and effort. Users are rewarded via blockchain-based tokens for:
-Participating and winning challenges,
-Interacting with the content on the platform by various actions like upvote, share, etc.,
-Speculating favourably on the content posted by other creators participating in a challenge, or
-Sale of Content - Selling content protected by Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

We are looking for a growth twitter marketing manager with an analytical mindset who will be responsible for generating, managing, and executing growth marketing initiatives on Twitter to drive the growth of the community and supplement the efforts for new users and increase daily active users.

-Analyze product feature trends, user insights, and competitor landscape; put out effective data resources for driving growth strategies
-Strategise, plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to acquire new users
-Build and maintain the communities on various Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 social media platforms to drive awareness and organic traffic
-Work with cross functional teams like product, content and data to effectively facilitate product feature promotion; track campaign implementation and data results
-Drive paid content partnerships with local/regional influencers
-Identify and manage relations with affiliate partners and local channels
-Organize various community-building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
-Monitor and analyze community growth metrics to ensure creator engagement, retention, and satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile
-2-3 Years of relevant experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine growth and improvement
-Education from top college of Delhi University with First Division merit
-Should be able to handle a team of 4-5 members under them
