Job Description:

 

·       Strong Salesforce Architect with strong ?Service Cloud? experience
who can correct/modify/re-design architecture and guide team in implementation

·       Salesforce Certified Professional with 10+ years of experience

·       PD1 / PD2, Salesforce Service Cloud Certification

·       Hands-on with the Salesforce Technical Design & Architecture

·       Hands on with Salesforce Configurations, Customizations ? Apex, Aura
/ LWC, Triggers, Flows / Process Builder

·       Experience in Integrations ? REST / SOAP / API

·       Good stake holder management skills

·       Good documentation skills

·       Experience working in large teams
