Full-time Enterprise Risk Management Manager

Responsibilities:
Supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department across various aspects of the ERM program. The ERM Manager, Organizational Governance is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of ERM Organizational Governance program and related framework, which includes standards and practices for developing and managing organizational business processes and services. This position will be a key contributor to the success of the ERM work plan, focused on capturing input from various stakeholders/sources and generating insights to drive risk-based decision making within business processes and strategic initiatives. The ERM Manager, Organization Governance will be responsible for driving execution of various deliverables that are distributed to senior leadership and other key external/internal stakeholders.

Major Accountabilities:
• Support efforts to define accountability and boundaries for cross- business (interdisciplinary) activities and processes that have significant impact on the organization.
• Facilitate the identification, assessment and management of risks and issues for cross-business processes and within specific business areas including:
• Administration of contracts,
• Business development and implementation.
• Business life cycle.
• Analyze and interpret risk-related data and other relevant information in order to measure and monitor key risks.
• Assist in the design/enhancement of methodologies to conduct risk assessments, monitor key risks and facilitate risk mitigation in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and operational projects/processes.
• Support communication and training of business associates throughout the company on risk management terminology and processes; help business leaders to effectively execute their role within ERM processes in a manner which enhances the company’s overall risk culture and risk management capabilities.
• Serve as the liaison and “face of” the ERM department to various stakeholders across the organization.

Education/ Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and research skills; able to synthesize information to provide practical business recommendations that drive pragmatic, meaningful outcomes.
• Excellent verbal, writing and presentation development skills is critical.
• Innovative, creative, able to embrace and drive change. Resilient and adaptable when challenges arise.
• Five (5)+ years of relevant business/enterprise risk management experience.
