Detailed Job Description:
5 - 7 Yrs of relevant experience
Good understanding and working knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, USA and Global Payroll, Benefits, Leave)
Very good understanding of Employee relevant data and other HR data
Experience converting SAP HCM data to Workday for global company
Ability to handle data in secure manner in accordance with company’s security policies
Ability to conduct business stakeholder meetings and facilitate requirement discussions
Experience converting business requirements into technical specification for SAP Development team members
Unit testing HR data scenarios, analyze data issues, diagnose problems, design solutions to improve data conversion objects
Writing and managing functional specification, technical solution document, Source to Target mapping (STM)
Knowledge of system integrations
Good communication skills
Minimum years of experience : 7+ years
